never have i heard "trying to make it through another day" or
"another day another dollar" or
"trying to stay out of trouble"
as a response to "how are you" so much as in this building. how can there be so many people slugging around like theyve seen it all?
like this is everything and life is a helium ballon they let go of when they were kids?
these are the kind of phrases that used to piss me off. like,
what?? so are you DONE then?
i never understood how someone can say that
but...
ive heard it so much now, it doesnt really faze me anymore. is it happening to me too? probably a bit
the funny thing is,
i think people say it to relate to me.
i just take it as warning shots
