an excellent question posed in my friends facebook status

"If someone knows what they were doing, will not be taken well by someone else, they will not do it in the first place but if they don't get it then does it make sense to get their level and do the same to them? what's the guarantee they will get it and will not do it again? does that mean ur effort to make them understand was futile?"
