Devil's Breath is a drug derived originally from Borrochero trees which grow natively in Colombia, Peru, and Venezuela. This drug essentially ELIMINATES human free will, while leaving the user/victim appearing to be completely sober. When it wears off, no recollection of what happened. Sci-fi shit, right?
Apparently, this has been experimented on by the C.I.A.
